Grand Search Operation in Islamabad, 12 Suspects Detained

A Grand Search and Comb Operation Conducted in Karachi Company Area of Islamabad

A grand search and combing operation was carried out in various areas under the jurisdiction of Karachi Company Police Station in Islamabad. The operation was conducted under the supervision of SP City Zone, with heavy police deployment, including lady police personnel.

Before the operation began, all participating officers were given a detailed briefing and informed about the strategy.

Operation Details

• Biometric and identity verification of 89 individuals was conducted.

• A total of 75 houses and 18 hotels were checked.

• 47 motorcycles and 26 vehicles underwent complete documentation verification.

• Due to suspicious activity, 12 individuals were shifted to the police station for further investigation.

Purpose of the Operation

According to the police, the main objective of the search operation was to curb crime and strengthen the security situation in the area.
The IG Islamabad has already issued directives for similar grand operations across the district to eliminate criminal activities.
