The Cabinet Division dispatched on Tuesday a memo to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat/Academic Council suggesting the Eidul Adha.
It has been learnt that Eidul Adha, the festival of sacrifice has been officially announced as a public holiday from June 17 to June 19.
The Islamic Republic of Iran News: ‘According to the sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the summary which has been forwarded by the Cabinet Division’, they mention.
Eid ul Adha will be celebrated in Pakistan on June 17 as the noticeable crescent of Zil Hajj was observed on June 7.
Eidul Adha is the other festival referred to as the Feast of Sacrifice, it is the two among the Muslim festivals that are commemorated in memory of the willingness of the prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son to Allah. In the past, these events were characterized by the killing of animals whose products were distributed to the members of a person’s family, relatives, and the needy.
The faithful use it to kill their sacrificial animals in respect of the deed of prophet Ibrahimi which was observed for three days of Eid.
