Governor Faisal Karim Kundi took an important step on the issue of land sale and leasing of universities.
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has stopped the universities of Bharki province from selling or leasing land, formal written instructions have been issued by the Principal Secretary to the universities of Bharki province
According to the announcement, the Peshawar High Court has issued a restraining order on the sale or lease of land of certain universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, universities across the province should not take any action in this regard.
Faisal Karim Kundi said that as long as I am the chancellor, I will not sell an inch of the land of any university.
