Google Team Will Investigate Partnerships in Pakistan Tech and Education Sectors

A Google delegation with a high level of authority is scheduled to visit Pakistan to discuss possible cooperation between the education and technology industries, according to the Ministry of Federal Education.

The team, which consists of senior officials, would arrive in Pakistan right after Eid.

The visit comes after Google was asked by Pakistan’s education minister to assist Pakistan’s endeavors to establish an education system that is digitally enabled. Google advance teams have already carried out preparatory work.

The Google team will convene a nationwide meeting with stakeholders to examine technological options for children who are not enrolled in school, according to Education Secretary Mohyuddin Wani.

In addition, he said, “there will be discussion on possible collaboration in the education and technology sectors, exploring ways to tap Pakistan’s youth potential to create a digitally-enabled education system and other issues.”

We are overjoyed to have the Google team visit Pakistan and investigate how we might use technology to enhance educational results. This partnership has the power to change Pakistan’s educational system and increase everyone’s access to high-quality education,” he stated.

Tracksuits will be given to primary kids.

In the upcoming academic year, each primary school pupil under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) would get a tracksuit.

“We want to promote healthy bodies and minds among students by encouraging them to participate in sports.” Our goal is for our young students to have a lifelong love of physical activity and to feel like athletes, according to Wani.

According to him, the intention behind providing tracksuits to all male and female students is to motivate them to participate in physical education programs that promote mental and physical well-being. The alternative, according to him, would be to encourage a love of exercise at an early age.

“We think that every child should have the chance to hone their athletic abilities and provide a solid foundation for leading a healthy lifestyle. This program is a step in encouraging our young pupils to appreciate sports and physical activity,” he continued.
