FIA has introduced new travel policies in 2025 to strengthen border security and prevent illegal migration. These include stricter document verification, mandatory return tickets, and increased scrutiny for travelers from high-risk regions, ensuring safer and more regulated international travel
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Pakistan Flying Specialist (PAA) have presented a modern approach pointed at anticipating Pakistani citizens from overstaying wrongfully in remote countries.
As part of this activity, visiting visa holders are presently required to book return tickets on the same airline.
This degree was presented to control the home of people traveling overseas on visit visas with no purposeful of returning to Pakistan.

- Mandatory Return Ticket: Visit visa holders must book a return ticket on the same carrier to be permitted to board their flight.
- Same PNR Number: Round-trip tickets must have the same Traveler Title Record (PNR) number.
- Airline Compliance: The FIA and Pakistan Gracious Flying Specialist have coordinated aircrafts to abstain from issuing boarding passes to travelers who don’t meet these requirements.
- The modern approach particularly centers on Pakistani citizens traveling to prevalent destinations such as Dubai, Malaysia, Bangkok, and other nations on visit visas.
