Faiz Hameed Had My House Locked On My Wedding Day: Barrister Daniyal

Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader and Federal Parliamentary Secretary Barrister Daniyal Chaudhry has alleged that former DG ISI Faiz Hameed ordered his house to be locked on the day of his wedding, preventing guests from entering.

Barrister Daniyal Chaudhry made these claims while speaking to senior journalist Hamid Mir during a program on a private TV channel. He stated that Faiz Hameed harassed him in multiple ways, including the demolition of his house walls, the destruction of his residence, and the demolition of his sisters’ wedding halls.

He further said that on the day of his wedding, several political figures including Hanif Abbasi and Zubair Umar were present. As guests began to arrive, locks were placed on the house with instructions that no one should be allowed to enter. According to Daniyal, his friends resisted and managed to get the doors opened so guests could attend the wedding.

Former Sindh Governor Zubair Umar, who was also present on the program, corroborated the claim and said that Faiz Hameed had called him and spoken in a threatening manner.
