Establishment Interference From Judiciary Will End Soon: LHC

Chief Justice Lahore High Court Malik Shehzad Ahmad Khan says that soon the interference of the establishment in the judiciary will end.

Speaking at the ceremony in Rawalpindi, Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Malik Shehzad Ahmad Khan said that thousands of cases are still pending in our courts, one generation sues and the third generation goes and listens to the verdict.

He said that we receive letters and we are threatened, we are happy that the judiciary is making decisions without fear, fear, and greed, we have to make decisions according to the constitution and law, and various institutions are involved in interfering in the judiciary.

Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed Khan said that one should not be afraid of having to make any kind of sacrifice, a judge has also announced to make a sacrifice, to get rid of the establishment we have to make decisions with courage and boldness The interference of the establishment will end.

He said that we have to work with our eyes on such people, we should not be afraid of anyone, it has happened for the first time in the history of the court that the judges complained that they are afraid, this problem is the misfortune of the country. Yes, the judges have narrated all the incidents that happened to them.

Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmad Khan further said that delay in decisions is the biggest problem, often witnesses do not appear in cases, Pakistanis living in foreign countries are also facing problems in cases, quick and cheap justice should be provided to the people. We have to make it easy to do, if we improve even a drop in the sea, then Allah will reward us for it.
