Education Ministry Will Revise Matric Curriculum

A ground-breaking plan to combine the Computer Science, Science, and Arts departments for grades IX and X into a single, cohesive curriculum is being considered by the Ministry of Education. With the help of this project, the metric system—which has been in use for the past 77 years—will be upgraded and modernized to better meet the demands of modern education.

During a meeting held last week, representatives from the Textbook Board and the Ministry of Education formally presented and discussed the proposal. Officials came to the unanimous conclusion that the current group system needs to be completely redesigned in order to satisfy the demands of the contemporary day.

The plan calls for doing away with the current group system and replacing it with a single, integrated curriculum that covers content from each of the three current streams. The goal of this cohesive strategy is to give pupils a more comprehensive education by supplying them with a wide range of knowledge and abilities.

Officials suggested new textbooks be published that combine the curricula from the three groups into a single, coherent matric curriculum in order to enable this shift. It is anticipated that this action will guarantee that every kid receives a well-rounded education and expedite the educational process.

After Ashura Muharram, a follow-up meeting is planned to further discuss and improve the concept. The success of the planned curriculum change and its implementation plan will be determined in large part by the outcome of this future meeting.

The meeting’s leaders came to the conclusion that the antiquated group system, which had been in use for the previous 77 years, needed to be replaced in order to modernize and update the Matric 9th and 10th grade curricula to reflect the times. Rather, subjects from all three of the current groupings should be combined into a single, all-inclusive group.

They suggested that new textbooks that combine the curricula from the three groups into one should be released in order to enable this transformation. After Ashura Muharram, a follow-up meeting is planned to talk further about the concept.
