Earthquake Jolts Swat and Nearby Areas
Earthquake tremors were felt in Swat and its surrounding areas, the intensity of which was recorded as 4.1 on the Richter scale.
According to the Seismological Center, the depth of the earthquake was 204 km and its epicenter was the Hindu Kush mountain range.
The sudden tremors spread panic among the people, but no loss of life or property has been reported so far.
According to experts, earthquakes occur from time to time in the region, citizens have been instructed to take precautionary measures.
