Drone Attack Hits Military Base Near Lahore: ISPR
Islamabad: Director General ISPR Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has revealed that India is continuing to send drones, which the Pakistan Army is effectively destroying.
According to the DG ISPR, on the night between May 7 and 8, India once again violated the airspace and sent “Herop” drones to different cities. The Pakistan Army shot down 12 of these Indian drones.
It was informed in the press conference that a drone attack took place on a military installation near Lahore, resulting in the injury of 4 military personnel and damage to military equipment.
He further said that in another drone attack in the Mianwali area of ​​Sindh, one civilian was killed and another was injured, while drones were also sent around Gujranwala, Chakwal, Bahawalpur, Attock and Karachi.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif said that the Pakistan Army is fully capable of giving a befitting reply to any kind of infiltration and aggression.
The international community should take notice of the situation that India is not only endangering the region but also global peace.
He said that the nation and the media will be kept informed of every development related to Indian infiltration in a timely manner.
