Creating Inclusive Pathways: BOP and LGISE Join Forces for Special Education Empowerment

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is still committed to encouraging inclusivity and community empowerment in Pakistan.

BOP and the Lahore Garrison Institute for Special Education (LGISE) have an agreement in which BOP will supply special support for the next three years. This support will provide yearly funding for LGISE’s special education and rehabilitation programs.

The event was held in Lahore at the Secretariat of the Lahore Garrison Education System (LGES). Major Gen. Saeed Ahmad Nagra (Chairman LGES), Mrs. Zaib-un-Nisa (Principal – LGISE), Raza Bashir (Chief of Staff & Strategy), Zafar Masud (President & CEO – BOP), and other senior officials from both organizations were present.

“LGISE is a pioneering institution committed to delivering quality education to children with special needs,” said Major Gen. Saeed Ahmad Nagra in his expression of gratitude. Our goal is to create a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere where students feel empowered to become self-sufficient members of society through education and therapeutic interventions. The Bank of Punjab’s invaluable support shows a shared commitment to inclusive education while also improving our services and infrastructure. In order to guarantee that every child, regardless of ability, receives the education they deserve, we are working together to break down barriers and create opportunities.

Zafar Masud emphasized during his speech to the group that “the Bank of Punjab is steadfastly committed to community empowerment.” We are proud to be supporting an initiative that goes beyond conventional banking limits today. BOP is dedicated to supporting LGISE’s initiatives to improve special education accessibility.

“Our mission, which is to foster an inclusive and supportive environment, is deeply aligned with this endeavor,” he continued. When it comes to promoting the welfare and education of kids with special needs, LGISE has taken the lead. Working with a company that shares our steadfast dedication to promoting positive change makes us very proud.

The Bank of Punjab and LGISE’s partnership demonstrates BOP’s dedication to social improvement and its conviction that education is a fundamental right. The goal of this collaboration is to make a significant contribution to education that aligns with BOP’s motto, “Har Fard Ka Khayal.”
