COAS: No Letter Received from Imran Khan
Islamabad: Army Chief General Asim Munir has clarified that he has not received any letter from anyone.
While speaking informally to journalists during a luncheon held in honor of the Turkish President at the Prime Minister’s House, the Army Chief said that if he receives any letter, he will send it to the Prime Minister.
He added that Pakistan is on the path of development, and it has to move forward.
It should be noted that yesterday, news of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan writing a third letter to the Army Chief emerged, allegedly raising the issue of election fraud and giving priority to the minority over the majority.
Earlier, several letters were written to the Army Chief by Imran Khan, in which certain policies were requested to be reviewed.
However, according to security sources, the Army Chief did not receive any such a letter and did not show interest in it.
