ANTALYA (Turkey): Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, delivered a powerful speech titled “Revolutionary Power of Education” at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2025, emphasizing the importance of inclusive and transformative education. “Every child should enter school, stay in school, and achieve success,” she said, highlighting her commitment to educational reform in Punjab.
She proposed the development of an educational policy and strategies focused on collaboration, stating that the “Vision of Friends of Education is to promote dignified diplomacy for the welfare of people, not the state.” In her call for stronger ties, she invited top Turkish universities to establish campuses in Punjab, underscoring the potential for mutual cooperation between Pakistan and Turkey. “A partnership with Turkish institutions will lay the foundation for a bright future, not only for Pakistan but also for future generations in Turkey,” she said.
