During the meeting, the law and order situation in Balochistan, the political environment, and the ongoing sit-in of the Balochistan National Party (BNP) were discussed in detail.

The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam delegation offered to end the current political tension and play the role of mediator regarding the BNP sit-in.

He said that whether it has been part of the government or in the opposition, the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam has always emerged as a responsible political force and has been playing a positive role for the province, which is commendable.

The Chief Minister said that the government is in favor of resolving political issues through political consultations, because in a democratic system, dialogue is the only way that guarantees a permanent solution to problems.
