China Makes History With Successful 6G Test
China sent the world’s first 6G satellite into Earth’s orbit in November 2020. Five years later, China has made new history by sending a 6G satellite transmission from a satellite to the ground.
According to the report, China has successfully tested data transfer at a speed of 100 gigabytes per second.
The feat has been achieved through satellite technology. With the help of 6G technology, ten movies can be completely downloaded in one second.
Chinese aerospace company Chengguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. (co) has claimed that it sent data at an image transmission rate of 100 GB per second during a 6G test last week.
This is 10 times faster than the previous record.
