The International Cricket Council (ICC) delegation will arrive in Karachi tonight to review the preparations for the Champions Trophy.
The ICC delegation will visit the National Stadium, Gaddafi Stadium, and Pindi Stadium and review security and other issues.
The ICC delegation will inspect the arrangements from Karachi to Islamabad and then to Lahore, a five-to-six-member inspection team including events and security representatives, and then the delegation will prepare its report after completing the visit.
Officials of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will give a detailed briefing to the inspection on the upgradation of team venues while the construction companies will also brief the inspection team.
The ICC inspection team will also discuss ticketing issues, schedule and warm-up matches and the inspection team will also inspect practice venues and hotels.
The visit of the ICC inspection team is scheduled from September 17 to 21. Be aware that the Champions Trophy 2025 is to be hosted by Pakistan.
