FIA Prosecutor Umeer Majeed replied that because the public office holder was the founder of PTI.
Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb remarked that this is a case similar to that of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, in that case too the husband was held responsible for the actions of the wife.
