Created by the JeddahEconomic Company, this towering structure is envisioned as a multifaceted complex, encompassing luxury residences, office spaces, serviced apartments, and upscale condominiums.
Strikingly, it is scheduled to have the “world’s highest observatory,” adding to its rundown of momentous highlights.
While the University of Tokyo Atacama Observatory right now holds an alternate height record, the Jeddah Pinnacle’s aggressive plan and assessed $1.23 billion expense position it as a considerable competitor to depose the Burj Khalifa.
