The body of DSP Muhammad Yousaf Reki, who was abducted a few days ago from Mastung district in Balochistan, has been recovered. According to police, the slain officer’s body was found in Gurgina Killi Sharbat Khan, an area near Kardgap, bearing multiple bullet wounds. About five days ago, while traveling from Noshki to Sorab, he was abducted along with his vehicle by unknown armed men near Mastung. His vehicle has not yet been recovered, and the motive behind the abduction and murder remains unknown. Meanwhile, on Wednesday evening, armed men kidnapped nine workers of a construction company from Mastung. Police confirmed that the abducted workers belonged to Punjab and Sindh and were engaged in the construction of a Pakistan Army checkpoint. Separately, in the Manguchar area of Kalat, armed men set up a blockade on the Quetta–Karachi Highway, checking vehicles for more than an hour.
