Blast near security forces’ vehicle in Nushki, 7 killed
Nushki: A terrible explosion took place on Dalbandin Road in Balochistan‘s Nushki district, in which a bus of security forces was targeted.
According to security sources, 7 people were killed and more than 10 were injured in the explosion.
The bodies and injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, while security forces have cordoned off the area and started a search operation.
Balochistan government’s strong response, announcement of action against terrorists
Balochistan government spokesman Shahid Rind also strongly condemned the explosion and said that strict action will be taken against the terrorists.
He said that the Balochistan government stands with the affected families in this difficult time and the morale of the people cannot be lowered through terrorism.
Mohsin Naqvi condemns the cowardly act of enemies of the country
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the Nushki blast and expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
He said that targeting innocent people is the height of brutality and terrorists are hatching a heinous conspiracy to create instability in the country, but such acts cannot demoralize the nation.
Security on high alert, operation underway
After the incident, security in Nushki was put on high alert, and forces launched a search operation in the area to nab the culprits as soon as possible.
According to officials, stricter measures will be taken against anti-national elements to ensure peace and order in the province.
