There has been a significant drop in the prices of mobile phones in Pakistan. According to sources, domestic and foreign mobile phones have seen a reduction in prices by thousands of rupees. More than 20 phone models from both domestic and foreign companies have been reduced in price, ranging from 400 to 10,000 rupees. The Mobile Phone Association has confirmed that the decrease in prices is not limited to smartphones alone, but also includes push-button mobile phones. However, push-button phone prices have only been reduced by Rs 100 to Rs 500. The price reduction is due to the inability of mobile phone companies to meet their sales targets.
