Balochistan CM Vows to Crush Terrorist Elements
Quetta: (Special Correspondent) A high-level meeting on law and order was held under the chairmanship of Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti,
in which a detailed briefing was given regarding the terrorist attack on the Jaffar Express. The Additional Chief Secretary Home presented the details of the incident in the meeting.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, terming the attack on the Jaffar Express intolerable, ordered strict action.
He said that terrorists cannot occupy even an inch of land and decisive action against them is inevitable.
The Chief Minister said that the purpose of terrorist acts is to create an impression of a violent environment, but the enemy elements of Pakistan will fail in their ambitions.
He categorically said that the dream of the enemy elements to divide Pakistan will never come true.
He further said that we have to come out of all kinds of confusion and fight against terrorism, so that lasting peace can be established in Balochistan.
The Chief Minister made it clear that the enemy elements will not succeed in destroying the peace of Balochistan and all their efforts will be thwarted.
The Chief Minister directed the security agencies to provide all possible resources for the protection of the people and said that strong action will also be taken against the facilitators of the terrorists.
He reiterated the resolve that no compromise will be made on law and order in Balochistan and tough decisions are inevitable.
The Chief Minister directed the law enforcement agencies to bring the elements involved in the Jaffar Express attack to justice as soon as possible.
Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan, IG Police Moazzam Jah Ansari, IG Railway Police Rai Tahir and other relevant officials attended the meeting.
