Babar Azam Returns As Pakistan Captain

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that Babar Azam has been made the captain of the national cricket team for ODI and T20 teams. Babar Azam was unanimously nominated by the selection committee, and Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi appointed him as the captain on the recommendation of the selection committee. This is not the first time Babar Azam has led the Pakistan cricket team. He resigned from the leadership of the team in November, and Shaheen Afridi was appointed as T20 captain, while Shan Masood was appointed as Test captain. Babar Azam has played 52 Tests, 117 ODIs, and 109 T20 matches for Pakistan. Under his leadership, Pakistan won 42 out of 71 T20 matches, and lost only 2
