Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 556th Birth Anniversary Celebrated

Today marks the 556th Birth Anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji. On this occasion, President Arif Ali Zardari extended heartfelt greetings to the Sikh community. The Gurdwara Janam Asthan Nankana Sahib serves as a spiritual center for the Sikh community. The President also highlighted that through the Kartarpur Corridor, Pakistan has facilitated easy access for Sikh pilgrims from around the world. This corridor is not only a symbol of religious freedom but also an exemplary initiative for interfaith harmony. President Zardari further emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to protecting minority rights and religious sites. He welcomed Sikh pilgrims from across the globe and stated that Baba Guru Nanak’s message continues to guide the creation of a peaceful and harmonious society.
