Another PTI Leader Tenders Resignation

Islamabad: After the resignation of Umar Ayub from the post of General Secretary of PTI, another leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Junaid Akbar has also resigned from the core committee of the party.
According to the details, PTI Member of Assembly Junaid came out openly about the party leadership, he said that PTI is my home, I am not a part of any group and will never be.

Without naming anyone, he accused some officials of having personal interests and using the party for their benefit.
In one of his statements, he said that certain party people go to meet PTI founder in jail but we are not allowed to meet him.

Junaidakbar says that these people have interests with each other, we are only told that the current party policy is that of the founding PTI.

The leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf said that, unfortunately, these people and families are the beneficiaries of all the decisions, and I do not want to be a part of the criticism of the workers.

The member of the National Assembly further said that I have no authority in the party decisions and neither do I have access to the founder PTI. Together with the workers, they will start a movement for accountability.

It should be remembered that this resignation of the PTI leader came a day after PTI Secretary General Umar Ayub Khan resigned from the party posts.

Umar Ayub, who is also the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, submitted his resignation on June 22, which was accepted by Founder Chairman Imran Khan.

In his resignation, Umar Ayub wrote that he couldn’t continue working as the General Secretary of the party, I was not able to do justice to the position of the General Secretary of the party as the leader of the opposition.

He also hinted that he would also step down as chairman of PTI’s central finance board, but said he would continue to work as a party worker.
