Ahsan Iqbal Visits Isoftstone Technology Park
Beijing: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal visited the iSoftStone Information Technology Park in Beijing on Wednesday. The Minister, along with the Pakistani delegation was received by Mr. Yin Lu, Vice P, resident of the International Business Department, and Mr. Li Chuan, Vice President Intelligent Electronics.
Minister Ahsan Iqbal had a tour of the headquarters and exhibition area and was shown, a demonstration of the latest products, services and solutions being provided by the company. He was given a briefing on the company’s business development in the Middle East and Central Asia. Pakistan’s side also delivered a presentation on technology integration in the construction of CPEC. The two sides exchanged views on future cooperation in the field of IT and implementation possibilities.
Both sides expressed hope in collaborating to develop innovative digital technology products and solutions. The Pakistani delegation included Mr Haseeb Gohar, Political Counsellor, Mr. Khan Muhammad Wazir, Science and Technology Counselor, Dr. Muzammil Zia, Infrastructure Specialist, Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives.
