ISLAMABAD: The government has announced the new price of petroleum products, according to which the price of diesel has been increased while the price of petrol has not changed.
According to the announcement issued by the Ministry of Finance, the price of diesel has been increased by 5 rupees per liter, after which the price of diesel per liter has increased to 251 rupees 29 paise.
According to the announcement, there has been no change in the price of petrol and the price of petrol per liter will remain unchanged at 247 rupees 3 paise.
The Finance Ministry said that the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) reviewed the price of petroleum products based on the global market.
Concerning the new price of petroleum products, it was said that the price of petroleum products will be applied from October 16, 2024, without any changes for the next 15 days.
