Chaudhary Aslam Salimi, Maulana Abul Ala Maududi’s long-time associate passed away.
Chaudhary Aslam Salimi was undergoing treatment at Alil and Doctors Hospital for some time, he was residing in Mansurah, and the deceased was 92 years old.
Chaudhry Aslam Salimi was the Secretary-General and Deputy Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan for a long time.
The funeral prayer of the deceased will be offered at Mansurah immediately after the Friday prayer at two o’clock in the afternoon.
