Pakistan Will Not Support Ballistic Missile Program: US

Washington: The US says it will not support Pakistan’s ballistic missile program.

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said in a press briefing that we have always opposed Pakistan’s ballistic missile program and we remain committed to that policy.

Matthew Miller said that the United States will continue to act against groups that support deadly weapons so that the world and we can be safe from these deadly weapons.

He said that the ban on lethal weapons is a guarantee of our national security, and that is why the series of bans and other measures will continue.

The spokesperson of the US State Department said that we have a close eye on Pakistan’s ballistic program, but it has also been our close friend country.

The US State Department recently imposed sanctions on a Chinese research institute, a Chinese national, and 3 Chinese companies for alleged proliferation of deadly weapons.

US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said that China’s research institute has reportedly cooperated with Pakistan in purchasing equipment for Pakistan’s Shaheen 3 and Ababil systems.
