In the alleged agreement between the district administration and the Baloch Solidarity Committee, the following points have been agreed upon.
The persons who were sent on judicial remand will be released by 5 August 2024 after court proceedings. For the persons arrested in Sindh, the provincial government of Balochistan will contact the Sindh government and their release will be ensured.
All FIR-registered cases will be dismissed except those cases in which casualties have occurred No. 2 All roads and highways will be opened for all traffic as soon as the sit-in ends.

No. 5 The sit-in ends No citizen will be harassed or retaliated against because of this sit-in and no FIR will be filed regarding this sit-in. In case of loss of life and injuries in protest and sit-in, an FIR will be filed against the relatives of the Baloch Unity Committee.
The sit-in of the Baloch Solidarity Committee regarding Raji Machi along No. 7 Gwadar Marine Drive will be ended. Under the “National Consciousness and Legal Resolution” on Missing Persons, the government has given a grant to alleviate the economic difficulties of every family. But it has been decided to give 50 lakh rupees. The grant from the government will be given to the families of “missing persons” for more than five years.
The state is not responsible for the “missing persons” but shares the suffering of the affected families. According to government sources, the decision was taken by the committee headed by Azam Nazir Tarar in the former PDM government. The commission formed under the Inquiry Act has the data of 2,269 persons, 1,000 cases pending for more than five years will be resolved.
The federal cabinet has decided to give this assistance to 1000 missing persons, if there is any head among the missing persons, then their legal certificate will be made by NADRA so that their inheritance issues. There were 1681 missing persons in Punjab, out of which 1418 have been solved, 263 are pending and 56 cases are in court.
There are 1823 missing persons in Sindh, out of which 1645 have been solved while 178 are pending and 232 cases are pending in the court. There are 3548 cases of missing persons in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, out of which 2231 have been solved 1317 are pending and 203 are in court. There are 2798 cases of missing persons in Balochistan out of which 2623 have been solved
While 436 cases are pending and three cases are pending in the court. There are 381 cases in Islamabad, of which 322 have been resolved, while 59 cases are pending and 31 cases are pending in the court. There were a total of 70 cases in Azad Kashmir, out of which 56 have been resolved and 14 are pending. There were 10 cases in Gilgit-Baltistan out of which 8 have been solved and 2 cases are pending.
Procedures are being worked out for grants of missing persons, all will be compensated, and families of missing persons are also appearing before the commission and sharing their details. A commission was set up under the Inquiries Act in 2011 to address the issue of missing persons.
78% of the cases of enforced disappearance have been solved while 22% remain. The government, international human rights organizations, and society worked to solve the problem and then this commission was formed. Now the government has started rehabilitation for the families of the missing persons so that the government can address their sufferings, the cabinet approved the package to address their sufferings, and the state has no missing persons.
Government sources say that the decision has been taken to resolve the legal issues faced by the families of the missing persons and that an Absence certificate will be issued for matters related to NADRA and properties. There is no role of the state and government in missing persons. However, the government is taking measures for the families of missing persons under the Motherhood Policy, financial support, and rehabilitation grants brought by national consensus.
The families of the missing persons will be given Rs 50 lakh per family. Government sources say that some of the missing persons fell prey to terrorism and some joined the terrorists, some were killed in the operation. Chhipa and Edhi have buried 44,000 people who have not been identified since 2010. If some of the missing persons went to the mountains to fight a war, their families are not to blame
