Large Cache Of US Weapons Seized In Iran’s Sistan And Baluchistan
A significant cache of US-manufactured weapons and ammunition has been seized in Iran’s southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchistan, authorities revealed on Tuesday.
According to the People’s and Revolutionary Prosecutor of the province, the operation was conducted by the General Intelligence Directorate and undercover security units over the past 48 hours through continuous surveillance and intelligence efforts.
Officials stated that the operation was based on highly sensitive intelligence, and the confiscated arms may have been intended for use in a planned act of sabotage or unrest.
