Asif Raza Mir Breaks Silence on Sajal and Ahad’s Divorce Shock
Actor Asif Raza Mir has finally spoken out about the divorce between his former daughter-in-law, actress Sajal Ali, and Ahad Raza Mir. He said that there can be many reasons behind their separation because they are human, and relationships form and break. In a recent podcast, Asif Raza Mir emphasized the importance of moving forward in life and not reopening old wounds, but letting them heal — something they have all done.
The actor also revealed that he will soon be seen playing the role of Sajal Ali’s father in the upcoming drama series “Main Manto Nahi Hoon” (I Am Not Manto). He clarified that as professionals, he and Sajal Ali decided to work together despite their past family ties, because relationships may end but respect must remain.
Asif Raza Mir also addressed the rumors circulating on social media about their past relations and commented on seeing Sajal Ali and Ahad Raza Mir together at the 20th anniversary celebration of Hum TV. He said his family is mature enough not to pay attention to such things, and such rumors do not bother them.
It is worth mentioning that Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Ali married in March 2020 but news of their divorce emerged in March 2022. Despite three years passing, neither of them had publicly commented on the matter until now.
