PAF Launches Major War Exercises Amid Tensions
Islamabad: In the wake of India’s increasing provocations and threatening statements after the Pahalgam incident, Pakistan has made full preparations to give an effective and befitting reply to any possible aggression. The armed forces are on high alert, while practical measures are also being taken rapidly.
The Pakistan Air Force is engaged in three major air exercises—“Faz-e-Badr”, “Lalkar-e-Momin”, and “Zarb-e-Haideri”—in which F-16, J-10C, and JF-17 Thunder aircraft are participating.
Swedish-acquired AWACS aircraft are also being used for air surveillance.
The Pakistan Army’s strike corps is also engaged in war preparations, while modern radars, air defense systems, and Chinese-made SH-15 howitzers have been deployed in the border areas.
The ASF has been put on alert and the Pakistan Navy has been put on high alert to protect airports.
Indian media claims that Pakistan has installed radar and electronic warfare systems near Siachen, Sialkot, Fazilka, and Rajasthan to detect possible attackers promptly.
Analysts say that if India launches any aggression, Pakistan will respond forcefully not only on the borders but also globally.
