Champions Trophy: Pakistan sets India a target of 242 runs

Dubai: In a thrilling match of the ICC Champions Trophy, Pakistan set India a target of 242 runs to win. The Pakistani team was all out for 241 runs in 49.4 overs.

Summary of Pakistani batting:
Pakistan openers Imam-ul-Haq and Babar Azam provided a 41-run start, but Babar Azam was dismissed for 23 runs. Imam-ul-Haq was also run out for 10 runs.

Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel put on a 103-run partnership for the third wicket. Rizwan scored 46 while Saud Shakeel scored 62 runs.

Other batsmen included Tayyab Tahir 4, Salman Ali Agha 19, Shaheen Afridi 0, Naseem Shah 14 and Haris Rauf 8 runs.

Indian bowling review:
Hardik Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav took 2 wickets each for India, while Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel took one wicket each.

Toss and team strategy:
Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan won the toss and decided to bat first and said that one change has been made in the team,

Imam-ul-Haq has been included in place of Fakhar Zaman. He expressed hope that the team will make a comeback and defeat India.

Indian captain Rohit Sharma said that no changes have been made to his team and an effort will be made to increase the pressure by taking wickets early against Pakistan.
