Three Blasts Rock Kharan, Gunfire Continues
Three loud explosions were heard in the Kharan district of Balochistan,after which there was severe panic in the area. After the explosions, intermittent firing with modern weapons continues, due to which the citizens are in great distress.
According to sources, the explosions were heard immediately after the Isha call to prayer in Kharan city. Locals said that after the initial explosions, continuous firing is being carried out,
whose sounds are being heard from far away. After the incident, there is severe fear and panic among the citizens, and people have been forced to stay indoors.
No casualties have been reported so far, however, the local administration and law enforcement agencies are assessing the situation.
Police and security forces have cordoned off the area and a preliminary investigation has been launched.
No official statement has been issued yet on the nature of the blasts and the motive behind the attack.
Commercial centers and shops have been closed in the area due to fear and panic, while citizens have been advised to exercise caution.
