PCB Grants Restricted NOCs for BBL 13

Board permits Usama Mir, Haris Rauf, and Zaman Khan to play restricted matches in Australia’s leader T20 association

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Monday conceded no-complaint endorsements (NOCs), permitting “restricted” authorization to various Pakistani cricketers to partake in Australia’s Huge Slam Association (BBL-13).
