Explosion In Pishin Hospital: 7 People Injured
Pishin: Seven people were injured in an explosion at a government hospital in Pishin district of Balochistan, two of whom are said to be in critical condition.
According to details, the explosion occurred in a hospital near Pishin Bypass, causing severe damage to the building.
According to initial reports, the cause of the explosion is said to be a leakage of a gas cylinder in the hospital.
As soon as the incident was reported, police and other security agencies reached the scene, rounded the hospital, and, started collecting evidence.
Rescue teams immediately carried out rescue operations and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital.
According to Mustafa Khan Tareen, a correspondent for Private News, the explosion caused severe damage to the hospital buildin. Hospitall staff and patient were among the injureds.
Police and related agencies have launched an investigation into the explosion to determine the cause.
Officials say that although a gas leak is initially being blamed as the cause, all aspects are being examined.
Further investigations are underway, while steps are being taken to provide the best medical facilities to the injured.
