Snowfall In Ziarat: Balochistan‘s Temperatures Plunge
The weather has become cold due to snowfall in the Ziarat Valley of Balochistan and its surroundings. Apart from Ziarat, the intensity of cold has also increased in other upper areas.
3 inches of snowfall recorded, the weather is likely to get colder
According to the Meteorological Department, up to 3 inches of snowfall has been recorded in Ziarat city so far. More snowfall is expected in the area, due to which there is a possibility of increasing the intensity of the cold.
Fear of closure of communication roads
The Meteorological Department has warned that traffic flow on communication roads may be affected due to snowfall in the upper areas of Chaman, Qila Abdullah, and Pishin. People traveling in these areas have been advised to exercise caution.
Rain in Chaman and the problem of flooding in low-lying areas
According to the Meteorological Department, low-lying areas have been flooded after heavy rains in Chaman and its surroundings, which has badly affected normal life.
An emergency has been declared on the N-25 Chaman-Quetta-Karachi highway due to rain. Authorities have advised those traveling on the highway to be cautious and avoid unnecessary travel.
