Captain Muhammad Osama bin Arshad was martyred in an exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists in North Waziristan.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) of the Pakistan Army, the security forces effectively located the hideout of the terrorists and there was an exchange of fire between the security forces and the terrorists.

ISPR said that two terrorists were killed in the exchange of fire.

The ISPR says that in the exchange of fire, Captain Muhammad Osama bin Arshad was martyred while fighting Bahadi, the 24-year-old captain leading the operation.

According to ISPR, a clearance operation is underway to eliminate any terrorist found in the area.

ISPR says that Pakistan’s security forces are committed to eradicating terrorism from the country and such sacrifices of our brave men strengthen our resolve.
