50% Of Margalla Enclave To Be Completed By August 14: Naqvi
Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the new sector of Margalla Enclave, jointly developed by CDA and DHA, and reviewed the ongoing development works.
Final deadline for completing development works
The Interior Minister directed that 50 percent of the development work of Margalla Enclave should be completed by August 14 and 100 percent by December 31 so that the owners can be given possession of the plots.
Instructions to accelerate the pace of development works
Mohsin Naqvi urged the concerned authorities to utilize all resources to complete the development work soon and to further accelerate the pace of work.
The decision to build a new alternative route to Margalla Enclave
The Federal Minister directed to build a new route from the Prime Minister’s House to Margalla Enclave so that the travel time is limited to only 5 minutes.
Order to remove encroachments immediately
An order has been issued to remove all encroachments on the path of Margalla Enclave immediately so that there is no hindrance in the development work.
Margalla Enclave – An exemplary project with modern facilities
Mohsin Naqvi said that the citizens have shown keen interest in this project and it will prove to be a unique residential project due to its modern facilities and excellent location.
The construction of a lake in Margalla Enclave is also part of the project
During the briefing, the officials informed that a lake will also be built in Margalla Enclave to further enhance its beauty.
Plot details and last date for submission of applications
This project consists of 10,000 canals, which include plots of 5 marlas, 10 marlas,s, and one Kanal.
The last date for submission of applications has been set for February 14.
Briefing of CDA and DHA officials
During the visit, Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa and the Project Director of DHA gave a detailed briefing to the Home Minister on development works and sector planning.
