In elaborating on the program, Sindh’s Minister of Agriculture, Sardar Bakhsh Mehr, said that the goal of these interest-free loans is to empower young people who are pursuing agricultural education. Declaring, “Climate change has become a significant problem, with its most profound effects being felt in the agricultural sector,” Minister Mehr brought attention to the urgent topic of climate change. The minister also said that the “Hari Card” scheme has been given the green light by the Sindh government. This program is a component of larger agricultural community assistance initiatives, with the goal of offering farmers throughout the province a range of advantages and resources.
